At Matilda Bay, supporting Western Australian producers is part of who we are, from our stunning riverside setting to every plate that leaves the kitchen. Our menus are built around fresh, local ingredients that reflect the diversity and richness of our state’s growers, farmers, and coastal communities.
For this year’s campaign, our featured dish is an Amelia Park Lamb Rack, crusted with native wattle seed and served with heirloom baby beets and a vibrant beetroot purée — all WA-grown, all bursting with winter flavour. It's a true taste of the state we’re proud to call home.
