Matilda Bay Restaurant invites you to take your seat at one of Perth's most anticipated dining events of the year, an extraordinary evening celebrating the wines that have shaped Australian winemaking into a global force.

From the elegant Yattarna Chardonnay 2018, known as the White Grange and one of Australia's most celebrated white wines, through to the legendary Grange 2017, the evening charts a course through the Penfolds portfolio that few will ever experience in a single sitting. Seven world-class pours, each chosen to complement a six course menu crafted by Executive Chef, Troy Melia. Every pairing is intentional. Every dish is designed to let the wine shine while standing on its own merits.

This is a rare opportunity to experience Penfolds at its most extraordinary. Last year's dinner sold out quickly, and we expect this year to be no different.
