From the smooth elegance of Eagle Rare to the power and depth of George T. Stagg, each pour has been selected to showcase a different side of American whiskey at its finest.
Paired with a menu inspired by the hearty flavours and generous hospitality of the American South, this is an evening designed for those who appreciate great whiskey, great food and the stories that bring them together.

More than a tasting, this dinner is a journey through place. From the cool slopes of Eden Valley to the historic vineyards of the Barossa, each wine has been selected to showcase the character, history and individuality of the sites that have shaped Henschke's reputation for generations. Along the way, guests will enjoy a menu created to complement these exceptional wines, including the iconic trio of The Wheelwright, Mount Edelstone and Hill of Grace Shiraz.
Featuring premium ingredients such as freshly shaved Denmark black truffle, Skull Island tiger prawns, Wagin duck breast and Stockyard Wagyu beef fillet, this is an evening designed for those who appreciate great wine, remarkable food and the stories that connect them.
