Founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky, Nikka embodies a philosophy of precision, purity, and harmony.
Our chefs have created a five-course degustation designed to highlight the depth and character of Nikka’s renowned whisky collection. From the gentle florals of Nikka Days to the rich malt complexity of Taketsuru, the coastal peat of Yoichi, and the refined elegance of Miyagikyo, each expression reveals a different layer of Japan’s whisky heritage.
Each course draws inspiration from the spirit of balance that defines Japanese cuisine; refined flavours, delicate textures, and perfect harmony between food and drink.
