For the month of August, our executive chef, Troy Melia, invites you to pull up a chair and lose yourself in the flavours of France, right here on the Swan River.
Four courses and an unforgettable journey to Europe. From a classic beef tartare to a slow-cooked duck cassoulet and a decadent Valrhona chocolate finish, every dish is a love letter to French cuisine, crafted with the care and precision that has made Matilda Bay one of Perth's most beloved dining destinations.
Available throughout August at $89 per person, with an optional French wine and cognac pairing available for an additional $31pp.
