Truffle season has begun

This July, we're celebrating one of Western Australia's most remarkable food and wine regions with an experience that brings the best of the Great Southern to the table.

Featuring a four-course menu built around fresh Denmark black truffle and premium regional produce, each dish has been thoughtfully paired with wines from the Great Southern, showcasing the diversity, character and craftsmanship that have made the region one of Australia's most respected wine destinations.

Enhance your evening with the optional wine pairing featuring a selection of Singlefile wines, each selected to complement the flavours of the menu while celebrating the Great Southern wines.
