This five-course sharing menu brings together bold Spanish flavours and beautifully plated dishes, designed to be enjoyed slowly across the table with someone special.
From 36-month cured Jamón Ibérico and saffron paella layered with Shark Bay clams, mussels and chorizo, to a delicate blood orange dessert, each course brings a touch of indulgence to the table, the perfect setting for a celebration, a date night, or simply an excuse to stay a little longer by the bay.
