Located on the ground level, the Catalina Room is a mid sized venue facility offering both an indoor and outdoor area.  Large full length glass bi-fold doors open out over the dedicated private alfresco patio connecting the room and the patio with the park in the background and the sounds of water lapping at the bay close by.

Our versatile Catalina Room function room comfortably seats 40-50 guests. The room and patio alfresco are ideal for professional and private events and is often used for:

  • New Product launches followed by a cocktail party
  • Presentations followed by lunch 
  • Award Nights accompanied by dinner and drinks
  • Workshops, seminars and training
  • Wine tastings and wine master classes
  • Smaller more intimate wedding and events

Feedback we’ve received from guests indicate people loved the room because of its casual feel, that guests enjoyed a drink and casually socializing outside on the alfresco area after the event.

The room is fully equipped with a portable data projector, a presentation lectern and mic, along with a lapel and hand held mic.

Booking Tip: we recommend booking 5-6 months ahead if you’re looking for a weekend function and 3 months out if you’re looking to use the room for mid week event.
