Our delicious vegetarian option this summer is a pumpkin gnocchi with caramelised red onion, burnt butter and ricotta salata. This dish can also be served vegan by omitting the ricotta and replacing the brown butter with olive oil.

This can be served as an entree, or also as a main and would be nicely complimented with a glass of Chardonnay
