This Barramundi dish has definitely been a favourite on our spring menu. The Barramundi is grilled and served with king oyster mushroom and kale on a cauliflower puree. It is complemented with a tasty pickled kohlrabi and seared scallop. This is a delicious dish with a few components that complement each other nicely.
