Our head chef Angelo recently visited Harvey to get a real feel for the product he uses and to meet with the farmer responsible for producing such fine quality beef. Each tasting plate will comprise of a fine 28 day dry aged porterhouse, an eye fillet along with a scotch fillet. All our steaks are cooked on our wood fired grill and will be served with a selection of sauces.
