Senior sous chef Elissa has been an integral part of the Matilda Bay kitchen team for a large part of her career. With a few years out to fulfill her passion for travel, she worked in a number of high end venues in London and spent lots of time exploring parts of Europe. A new dish on our current Autumn menu is the Saganaki prawns. This is a Greek dish that is finished with toasted cheese.
